Austin Simms owns a small coffee shop in a town called Roanoke in Virginia, USA. Like us most people in the UK will never have heard of it, but a lesson in good manners has changed all that.
The coffee shop’s owner Austin Simms wrote a message on his sandwich board sign outside his coffee shop, as pictured above. Simms had grown tired with some customers showing a lack of manners, so he decided to act and keep them out of his coffee shop.
The story appeared on social media and has quickly reached millions of people all over the world, most of whom have applauded Austin’s reward of basic manners.
