Kicking off on Sunday 2nd July, D&D London’s new Nordic-French restaurant, Aster, is teaming up with The Wellness Collective to bring a series of fitness brunches to London’s Victoria. Available every Sunday until the end of July, guests will take part in a 45 minute full body workout session led by up to two elite personal trainers, followed by a two course Nordic brunch in the café at Aster.
With a maximum of 10 individuals taking part, each intimate class will incorporate a mix of full body exercises to target every problem area and will be held on Aster’s terrace, which has been adorned with fresh flowers for the summer months. Post-workout, guests can refuel in the ground floor Café with a selection of savoury breakfast classics with Nordic-French touches such as hot smoked salmon rillettes with potato blinis and Eggs Victoria, which features seeded sourdough bread topped with crab and truffle hollandaise. For a sweet treat, guests can enjoy the likes of almond cake Runeberg with poached rhubarb and coconut panna cotta with lingonberry aquavit compote, all washed down with an array of freshly pressed juices.
Offering the perfect summer workout, The Wellness Collective classes and brunch at Aster will be held every at 11:00am each Sunday until the end of July.
