LiveStyled and Jockey Club Catering partnership off to a flying start for the 2017 race season with 100% uplift in app sales at the Randox Health Grand National
LiveStyled, recently appointed to build the official mobile ordering app for Jockey Club Click & Collect, has followed up a successful roll out at Newmarket’s Rowley Mile in 2016 by expanding its mobile ordering solution to three more Jockey Club Racecourses for the 2017 race season. The season got off to a great start with the achievement of a 100% uplift in mobile app revenues at the 2017 Randox Health Grand National compared to 2016.
The new app, incorporating four Jockey Club Racecourses; Aintree, Haydock Park, and the Rowley Mile and July Course at Newmarket allows race-goers to order their drinks ahead of time and beat the bar queues on their visit to any of the four racecourses. Attendees at some of the biggest events in the racing calendar, including the QIPCO Guineas Festival at Newmarket and Haydock Park’s TENsational events, will benefit from faster bar queues, exclusive offers and in-app rewards by using the Click & Collect app.
The app is the first of its kind to include a built-in loyalty system for race-goers, meaning that visitors at this year’s Randox Health Grand National were able to earn rewards and take advantage of special offers, redeemable at any of the four courses throughout the course of the 2017 racing season.
In addition to driving increased convenience and customer loyalty, the LiveStyled platform automatically tailors what each individual user sees and accesses, meaning that each race-goer at the festival was delivered highly relevant and personalised offers.
