Elystan Street, Phil Howard and Rebecca Mascarenhas’ restaurant in Chelsea, London, has announced the appointment of Sarah Rhone as General Manager, effective immediately.
Sarah’s hospitality career began as a waitress at the Royal Southampton Yacht Club, before, in 2012, joining Angela Hartnett and Robin Hutson as a Senior Head Waitress at the Lime Wood Hotel in Hampshire. In 2014, Sarah moved to London to work at The Square in Mayfair as Head Waitress, where she quickly progressed to Restaurant Manager over her three-year tenure and was introduce to Phil Howard the then Chef Patron.
