ABode Chester has announced the launch of a brand new restaurant and bar for the city – Brasserie Abode. Opening on 14 June 2017, the sophisticated new dining concept follows the successful launch of the first Brasserie Abode in Manchester in April and will see the current fifth floor restaurant and Champagne Bar transformed into a grand European brasserie and bar, offering a new, glamorous and relaxed all day venue.
Showcasing a stylish, eclectic interior with a modern vibe, Brasserie Abode will be an exciting new addition to the ever evolving drinking and dining out scene in Chester. The restaurant and bar will deliver great value and will be crammed with popular favourites cooked from the freshest of ingredients. Guests will be able to enjoy brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails and the all-day menu will feature plats du jour with a comfortingly, nostalgic nod and time-honoured classics alongside a great value Prix Fixe menu. Generosity and value will be at the heart of every dish; Sunday lunch will be overflowing with trimmings, classic dishes will feature plentiful sides and every cocktail created by resident mixologists will come with something to nibble on.
Open all day, every day, Brasserie Abode will be located on the fifth floor together with the all new look champagne and cocktail bar.
