Enoteca Turi, which relocated from Putney to Pimlico Road last spring with new Head Chef, Francesco Sodano, has been awarded two AA Rosettes in the latest round of restaurant inspections.
AA seeks out demonstrations of intense ambition, a passion for excellence, superb technical skills and an appreciation of culinary traditions when awarding Rosettes to restaurants and hotels.
“I am thrilled with this accolade”, said Giuseppe Turi, proprietor of Enoteca Turi, adding: “the hard work and dedication of our team here at Enoteca Turi shines through in all of our dishes. It’s an honour to be recognised for our creativity, and our team is now working towards achieving a 3rd.”
Enoteca Turi, the standout neighbourhood restaurant, showcases regional Italian cooking, using many ingredients rarely seen outside their traditional province. Produce is treated with skill and a respect for tradition, the dishes exhibiting a fresh approach and putting the spotlight on the regions of Italy, from Piedmont to Puglia, Liguria to Lazio.
