This April Balls & Company, on Soho’s Greek Street, will be launching bottomless lunch with Head Chef and Founder Bonny Porter serving up her signature home made meatballs alongside bottomless Sangria.
Restoring long and leisurely lunches to the weekend, Saturdays will see glasses filled to the brim with a choice of Red, White or Rosé Sangria, accompanied by Bonny’s meatballs made from the best possible ingredients. Classics including Pork with ricotta, parmesan and milk bread and Shortrib with sofrito, will sit alongside Quinoa with beetroot and feta and Carrot with parmesan and sage – all served as a quartet in copper pans with a host of house sauces to top things off. Of course, meatballs will be in good company, with seasonal side dishes from Manchego Churros with Housemade Quince Paste, to Hassleback Potatoes with Kombu Butter.
‘Sharing ice cold Sangria with friends is my perfect holiday ritual, and at Balls & Company we aren’t ready to resign this just to the summer months! For a little Saturday staycation in London after a long week or heavy Friday, Sangria and meatballs just seem like the perfect combination.’ says Founder and Head Chef Bonny Porter.
Nestled in the heart of Soho, Balls & Company’s soft, muted design and stripped back interiors with wooden thonet chairs, is offset by chic framed zinc tables; the perfect spot to spend a laid-back weekend.
