Grazing, the London-based catering, events and delivered-in food group, has appointed Blake Henderson as Group Head of Operations, in a newly created role.
Henderson, who was previously head of operations for Grazing Events, the company’s dedicated event catering brand, will now be responsible for the day-to-day operations across Grazing’s overall business.
He joined the company in 2016, having worked for a number of businesses across the sector, including various hospitality roles for event and venue caterer Create and for the Pack Investment group in his native New Zealand.
The appointment will enable Sam Hurst, managing director of the business, to focus on relationship management, key account management and business development.
He said: “I am delighted to be taking on this new role and look forward to expanding and pushing the operations across all brands”.
Hurst added: “This is a really exciting time for us and I’m delighted to have Blake at the helm of the operation as we move into what we expect to be a very busy 2017.
