- Mushrooms and Sausages
- 1 pack Fry’s Spicy Sausages, thawed
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil + extra
- 200 g shiitake mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) maple syrup + extra to serve
French Toast
- 2 (300 g) medium bananas
- 1½ C (375 ml) almond milk
- pinch of salt
- 8 slices of bread
- 2 avocados, diced
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) pine nuts, toasted
- handful basil leaves, to serve
