Coming in third was Chris Brumby of My Pie – the pop-up pie truck – for his English Breakfast concoction, complete with sausage, black pudding, bacon, mushroom, spinach, bean encased in a cornflake crumb.
Foodies in search of the ultimate bar snack were treated to the most eggceptional flavour combinations. Some of the country’s best chefs showcased their creative flair included The Diary’s Robin Gill, Santosh Shah from Cinnamon Collection and last year’s winner, Calum Franklin from Holborn Dining Room.
