Scheduled for completion early April, the £3million plus refurbishment will transform all the hotel’s business suites, public areas, restaurant and 116 bedrooms and suites. Eight air-conditioned conference and meeting rooms offer flexible space accommodating as little as two guests for a discreet lunch or private discussion, up to 500 delegates theatre style for a grand seminar or 300 for a seated dinner.
The newly refurbished Willow Suite incorporates a more exclusive dining area with an attractive conservatory leading into the courtyard and gardens for a breakout session. Located adjacent to the Sycamore and Mulberry Suite, all rooms provide clear, natural light, ideal for business events, receptions, private lunches or dinners; it can accommodate up to 60 delegates for a sit down meal or theatre style meeting.
One of the largest meeting spaces in the South East, the Grand Ballroom can also host exhibitions; extra wide doors allow access for cars, staging and other large items of equipment or exhibition displays. It can also be reduced in size with the use of flexible, acoustic sliding walls, providing greater versatility and adaptability for venue planners.
Delegates staying overnight can upgrade to a Club Room, which includes private access to the new, contemporary style Club Lounge located on the ground floor. Open 6.30am-10.30pm, benefits include a complimentary continental buffet breakfast and early evening reception with hors d’oeuvres, alcoholic and soft beverages, newspapers and magazines and use of a table or PC.
Located under 10 miles from London Gatwick international airport on the edge of East Grinstead, the Crowne Plaza Felbridge is within easy access of both the M25 and M23 motorways, while East Grinstead train station offers a direct service to London Victoria in under an hour.
