If you have no other half to bring, Courthouse Hotel Shoreditch is offering a helping hand, supplying guests with their very own “Ball and Chain”; a delicious concoction of Sipsmith Sloe Gin, Cointreau, lemon juice and orange marmalade and the “chain” as a shot of Prosecco. This drink can be enjoyed in the hotel’s ground floor “prison inspired” bar where you could enjoy your Ball and Chain in one of the cells where the Kray Twins were once guests of Her Majesty.
