Stevie Parle’s new Clerkenwell-based restaurant, Palatino, will officially open to the public on Monday 23rd January. This will be preceded by a week-long soft launchperiod (Monday 16th to Saturday 21st January) during which guests will receive 50% off food when dining in the restaurant, either for lunch or dinner.
Reservations must be placed online here and there will be a maximum of six people per booking.
The latest project from the award-winning owner of Dock Kitchen, Rotorino, Craft London and Sardine, casual all-day restaurant Palatino is very much a celebration of the food of Rome. Dishes will range from creations based on ancient Roman recipes – themselves a product of Rome’s diverse cultural and culinary history – through to more contemporary offerings; all given the Stevie Parle treatment.
The menu is divided into antipasti, primi, secondi and dolci, but Palatino is as great a spot for a four course Italian feast as it is for a simple plate of pasta and a glass of wine.
Palatino will open seven days a week for breakfast through dinner.
