This February, one of London’s most renowned restaurant and bar operators, ETM Group, has partnered with award-winning, homegrown Chase Distillery to create a limited-edition Valentine’s cocktail: Kiss Chase (£10.50).
Players in the field of love can enjoy a heady mix of Chase Pink Grapefruit Gin, Belsazar Rose Vermouth, lemon juice, vanilla and grenadine syrup whilst taking in the effortlessly romantic views from London’s newest rooftop restaurant and grand terrace bar, Aviary, or the latest venue to open at Victoria’s new Nova development, Greenwood – whose in-house barbershop and brow & lashes bar will be on hand to keep you looking irresistible.
The tantalising concoction will also be available, to your heart’s content, throughout February at Burdock (Finsbury Square), The Botanist Sloane Square, The Botanist Broadgate Circle, Chiswell Street Dining Rooms (City), One Canada Square (Canary Wharf) and Ealing Park Tavern (South Ealing).

Ingredients
- 40ml Chase Grapefruit Gin
- 25ml Belsazar Rose Vermouth
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Vanilla Syrup
- 15ml Grenadine Syrup
Method
- Shake together all ingredients with blocked ice and double strain in to a fancy cocktail coupe.
- Garnish lovingly with cranberry bitters and, using a toothpick, draw individual hearts with the bitter drops.
