Cooking with fire is an ancient tradition and the roots of the word kebab (to roast) derive from the Persian language and Empire but extend to so many countries including the Ottoman Empire, with modern-day Turkey offering the widest variety of kebabs in present day. Each chef will create a special Eastern-inspired dish using the wonderful flavours of the East such a sumac, pul biber, urfa chilli, preserved lemons, various fruit molasses’, za’atar, harissa and rose petals.
Action Against Hunger is a British founded humanitarian organisation committed to sustainable solutions to hunger. Their work saves the lives of malnourish children. They provide communities with much needed clean water. It is a refreshing stance that Sabrina Ghayour has supported for 12 years.
Tickets will be priced at £85.00 each. On Sale: 10.30am Thursday 12 January
