Chicken Society has launched its first ever restaurant in Finchley, creating 16 new jobs for the local area.
Located on Regents Park Road, the new restaurant opened its doors on Thursday 8th December to welcome the public to enjoy spit-roasted chicken & duck. The new restaurant represents the first in a concept trial for Mitchells & Butlers, aimed at the millennial market.
The Chicken Society concept welcomes a casual dining rotisserie with simplistic beauty of the spit roast, serving chicken and duck the restaurant also offers an expert range of craft beers and wines as well as an innovative range of cocktails.
Speaking about the new concept, Susan Chappell Divisional Director said: “Opening the doors on our first Chicken Society restaurant is an exciting step and is part of our investment in exploring innovation opportunities in new markets across M&B.
“Our menu is simple but appealing and has something for everyone. You can choose from a spit roasted chicken or duck, cut to three different sizes with sides such as fried courgetti, mac & cheese or our parmesan crinkle cut fries.
“We hope our guests will love the Chicken Society culture and our spit roasts as much as we do. We will take the learnings from this site, understand guest feedback and review the potential to roll out to further locations in the future.”
