Cheval Residences celebrates a double win at the ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards 2016

By James Russell: Cheval Residences celebrates a double win at the ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards 2016

December 4, 2016

Luxury London based serviced apartment specialist Cheval Residences came home with two coveted awards on Wednesday from the ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards 2016.  Cheval Residences won the much sought after accolade of ‘Guest Experience Award’ and George Westwell, director of Cheval Residences, won the ‘Outstanding Individual Award’.

After such a successful evening, George Westwell says: “I am delighted that the hard work of all at Cheval Residences has resulted in us being recognised as a leader in the serviced apartment industry. The ‘Guest Experience Award’ is extremely special to us, with our guests’ comfort and satisfaction being at the forefront of everything we do. On a personal level, I would like to thank ASAP for bestowing on me the award for ‘Outstanding Individual’;  it is a true honour and something that would not have been possible without the fantastic team around me.”

The ASAP is the not for profit trade body representing 162 members, who collectively operate over 100,000 apartments in 13 countries and offer three million bed nights per year. Its awards recognise excellence, innovation and best practice in the serviced apartment industry, the aparthotel, extended stay and short-term accommodation rental industry. As pioneers of the UK’s first industry awards programme, which is now in its fourth year, ASAP aims to reward exceptional achievements and innovations that have played an important part in raising standards within the industry.

Cheval Residences offers a beautiful collection of serviced apartments, townhouses and penthouses in some of London’s most desirable addresses; Cheval Gloucester Park, Cheval Thorney Court, Cheval Knightsbridge, Cheval Calico House, Cheval Harrington Court, Cheval Hyde Park Gate, Cheval Phoenix House and Cheval Three Quays.  Each of the eight residences has its’ own individual style, yet all share the same ethos and levels of service rarely enjoyed outside the world’s finest hotels.  The apartments vary from an elegant open plan one bedroom apartment to a spacious three bedroom penthouse or townhouse depending on the guest’s requirements. Guests are able to experience the comfort of a ‘home from home’, whether it’s a short one night stay or longer rental period for months at a time.
