Hotel The Caesar 4* has won the WOW awards 2016 for being a ‘Great Place to Work’. The Caesar hotel part of Derby Hotels Collection got the award for recognizing their employees as one of their greatest assets and to strive to keep their teams enthusedand engaged.
The WOW awards judges were presented with examples of methods used by The Caesar team to engage their teams, and showed how these awards have helped develop The Cesar 4* hotel employee and guest engagement strategy.
This award is in recognition of the importance the Management and Leaders of the business place on creating a great working environment for its team and the subsequent benefits this delivers in service. The Caesar 4* faced tough competition from large corporations such as United Utilities and JLL.
Employees first At The Caesar Hotel, “they put their employees first, meaning their customer service follows naturally from satisfied employees. The hotel clearly have a family environment”, said the WOW Award judges, who presented the award during a ceremony that recognizes businesses and individuals that go the extra mile in delivering an outstanding customer and employee experience.
The judges also praised The Caesar General Manager, Lee Melville and his team for being “warm people with very involved senior management”. The WOW! Awards is the world’s only independent award process for great customer service based purely on customer compliments. The Caesar 4* also was a finalist in the category of Outstanding Customer Service of the WOW Awards in 2014 and has won a Silver Award by Visit England in 2013.
