Gaucho has confirmed the appointment of Frank Bandura as Financial and Commercial Director with responsibility for Gaucho and CAU.
Bandura who was with the Carluccio’s Group for 17 years until September 2016, will join Gaucho Group on 6 February 2017.
Commenting on his new appointment, Bandura says: “I am delighted to be joining the Gaucho Group. After steering Carluccio’s through substantial growth and several ownership changes, I am really looking forward to working with Zeev and his highly impressive management team to deliver the exciting growth plans for Gaucho and CAU.”
The appointment follows the announcement of Gary Mann’s departure from this position at Gaucho Group to become CFO at Honest Burger.
Gary Mann joined Gaucho Group 10 years ago from KPMG, seeing the company through two equity deals: “I have had the benefit of a great friendship with Zeev Godik, Group Chief Executive. In Zeev and the team I feel I have worked alongside some of the best operators in the business giving me invaluable experience, and feel that the time is right for a new challenge at a smaller company with great potential.”
