With the hospitality industry gearing up for the busiest time of the year, Salon Culinaire is offering chefs an early gift, with entries to the world-class culinary competition extended until Monday 5th December to ensure no-one misses out on the chance to compete.
Entering Salon Culinaire, which runs as part of the Great Hospitality Show from 23rd – 25th January at the NEC, Birmingham, has never been simpler. This year, all competitors need to do is visit http://www.hospitalityshow.co.uk/salon-culinaire to complete the entry form and be a part of this illustrious competition.
Longstanding elements of Salon Culinaire – Live Theatre, La Parade des Chefs and Salon Display classes all return for 2017 along with the Skills Theatre, which, after its hugely successful launch at Hotelympia in 2016, will be coming to Birmingham for the first time. A mix of some of the industry’s most popular classes plus some exciting new competitions will combine to ensure Salon Culinaire remains a fresh and relevant competition to the hospitality industry in 2017.
