Tom and Ed Martin, of the award-winning ETM Group, are delighted to announce the appointment of Rafael Liuth as Head Chef of their modern European restaurant and cocktail bar, One Canada Square in Canary Wharf.
With 10 years of experience in the industry, Rafael joins the team at One Canada Square following a promotion from his role at ETM’s modern British restaurant, Chiswell Street Dining Rooms. Prior to this, Rafael held positions across a number of award-winning restaurants including Clarke’s Restaurant in Kensington; Sketch in Mayfair; and Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s. The Italian native began his career in some of Italy’s best hotels, before moving to Milan as Chef de Partie at Sadler Restaurant.

Featuring a 30-cover bar and 100-cover restaurant with a mezzanine floor designed by David Collins Studio, One Canada Square is open from 7am for breakfast, business lunches, post-work cocktails and relaxed dinners, as well as leisurely Saturday brunches.
