Aiden Byrne

On 18th October 2016, acclaimed chefs Tom Aikens and Aiden Byrne will host a collaborative, one-off dinner at Tom’s Kitchen Chelsea. Aiden, who is chef patron of Manchester House, has worked together with Tom to create a four course tasting menu, celebrating the seasonal British cooking for which both chefs are renowned.

The evening will begin with a welcome drink in the lounge before guests are seated to enjoy a menu of Foie Gras, cube fermented radish, crisp grains; Poached John Dory, turnip and horseradish; Braised beef cheek, choucroute, sweet miso hollandaise and beef Secreto; and a dessert of Parsnip panna cotta, pumpkin ice cream, brandy cake and anise poached baby carrots.

The collaborative dinner marks a return partnership for the chefs, who previously worked together at Pied à Terre as well as at Tom Aikens, where Aiden was head chef from 2003-2005. Aiden still cites Tom as one of his mentors, so the dinner will give diners a unique opportunity to see the two chefs and friends back together again.

The dinner will take place at 7pm on Tuesday 18th October, priced at £70pp including matching wines throughout.
