This autumn, Lyndy Redding, founder of Absolute Taste, and Sarah Wilson, founder of The Aviation Nutritionist, will join forces to launch a range of innovative in-flight meals designed to offer passengers a nutritionally balanced and health enhancing on board dining experience.
A logical partnership which will see Lyndy’s extensive knowledge of inflight catering combined with Sarah’s expertise and research on travel-associated nutrition, the capsule menu will incorporate key ingredients to create nutrition-packed meals and help passengers maintain peak performance whilst flying. Responding to the ever-increasing interest in cleaner eating and the growing number of passengers concerned over the nutritional value of each meal, each dish is designed to promote easy digestion, encourage the ability to detoxify, improve depleted energy levels whilst travelling and aid profound inflight comfort and sleep. Equally sensitive to specific dietary requirements and food intolerances, the dishes will nonetheless maintain the excellent quality and flavour synonymous with Absolute Taste inflight meals.
With the nutrition conscious meals set to be available on board all ConnectJets private jets, Lyndy and Sarah will be showcasing a selection at the upcoming debut of the ConnectJets newest model, the Avanti EVO, on 11th and 12th October at London City Airport.
Marking the start of a new era in in-flight dining, the collaboration between Absolute Taste and The Aviation Nutritionist will use the latest research to deliver nutritious meals on board with no compromise on flavour.
