Oktoberfest is here, which can only mean one thing. It’s time to grab your handsome Herren and fabulous Fräuleins and get down to London’s beloved German haunt, Herman ze German. From Thursday 6th October, Ze Basement Bar in Herman’s Fitzrovia home will be transformed into an Oktoberfest haven to host the festivities on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for four weeks only. Offering a special pre-booked sharing platter menu, accompanied with a mighty Stein of beer and set to a soundtrack of Bavarian beats and bangers, this is one sausage fest not to be missed. Priced at just £35 per person, minimum 2 people, bookings to be made in advance at DesignMyNight.
Punters should be pre-warned to loosen their lederhosen in preparation for a meat feast extraordinaire, as this scrumptious sharing platter boasts a selection of Wurst, Weisswurst, Pork Belly Speck, Leberkaese and Schnitzel big enough to make a buxom Brunhilda blush. All perfectly accompanied with tangy pickles, homemade potato salad, Herman’s famous fries, a scrummy Brezel and a Stein of Oktoberfest Beer, all for just £35 per person (min 2 people).
Pre-bookings for the two time slots can be made through c with the earlier sitting from 6pm – 9pm and the later setting seeing the celebrations continuing into the night from 9pm till late.
