Deliveroo For Business Launches Globally

By James Russell: Deliveroo For Business Launches Globally

September 26, 2016

New bespoke service for corporate clients looks set to transform ‘al desko’ eating.

Deliveroo, the on-demand food delivery service, has today launched ‘Deliveroo for Business’ across its 100 cities of operation. The roll-out coincides with the launch of a new dedicated microsite and an expansion of the features available for corporate clients.

‘Deliveroo for Business’ premiered in response to a huge trend of workers ordering food from the app to their desks, tired of eating the same sandwich for lunch. Launched to help businesses simplify the process of offering great food choices to employees, the service has already been adopted by global businesses including Eventbrite, Innocent Drinks, British Land and Survey Monkey.

Christine Oddy, Head of Deliveroo for Business – UK & IE said: “Deliveroo for Business gives employees a huge variety of food to fuel their hard work, from early risers enjoying a healthy breakfast, to brilliantly catered meetings, to late-night workers wanting to treat themselves – there is something for everyone. It also provides full visibility and an easy streamlined expense process to make life easier for office managers and finance directors who are able to fully customise their account.”

Richard Reed, Co-founder of Innocent Drinks said: “Using Deliveroo as a perk for rewarding hard workers is a no-brainer. Deliveroo offers a huge variety of choice, so everyone is happy.”

John Gildersleeve, Chairman of British Land said: “Having a corporate account with Deliveroo enables us to offer a benefit we know our employees will love and the system gives us the power to streamline the billing process, so it’s as easy as a couple of clicks.”

‘Deliveroo for Business’ empowers companies to have 360-degree visibility and control over their accounts, with advanced integration tools simplifying the management around the ordering and billing processes. Logistically, the offering works in the same way as Deliveroo’s core business, giving customers access to great local restaurants with orders arriving within 30 minutes.

Upon signing up, companies are provided with a bespoke corporate offering to suit their internal practices, along with an account manager to facilitate their on-boarding and continued business. Companies will be able to set spend limits, project codes and lock controls for location and time. They are given full visibility over order items and billing, and Deliveroo’s reporting layout provides for easy accounting.

Deliveroo has already gained the loyalty of the world’s largest banking, law, media, and technology firms due to their ability to provide a uniform service across the globe.
