Chefs Vegetarian Recipe, Vegetarian snack platter

Ingredients

  • 1 box Fry’s Crisp Louisiana Tenders
  • 2 Fry’s Braai Flavoured Country Herb Sausages
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ box Fry’s Thick Cut Chunky Strips
  • ½ box Fry’s Chicken-Style Strips
  • 60ml Sweet chilli sauce
  • yellow pepperdews
  • Olives
  • Sundried tomato tapenade
  • Skewers

Method

  1. Cook the Louisiana tenders, and the chunky strips according to the cooking instructions on the box.
  2. Cut each of the Braai-flavoured country style herb sausages into 5, now place a cherry tomato on top and secure, using a skewer.
  3. In a pan heat up the sweet chilli sauce, once heated add the chicken-style strips and cook for about 5 minutes or until cooked.
  4. For service, get a nice big platter and place all the above ingredients nicely onto the platter.
  5. Serve with your choice of dipping sauces.
