Flemings Mayfair and celebrated Michelin star chef Shaun Rankin are almost ready to lift the curtain on their new hotly anticipated restaurant, Ormer Mayfair. But first, they want to invite diners to the all-important dress rehearsal with a 50% off food soft launch period in August.
Coveted tables in the 85-cover restaurant inside the luxury boutique Flemings Mayfair hotel will be available for lunch and dinner from 23rd August right up until the 19th September, the night before the official opening.
Ormer Mayfair will be a true celebration of British heritage, seamlessly drawing together the freshness of foraged herbs, excellent English wines and seasonal produce from land and sea.
Diners can delight in light dishes such as hand-dived scallops from the Channel Islands or sweet Jersey lobster ravioli in a crab and lemongrass bisque paired with exquisite English sparkling wines. Rich reds sit beautifully with dishes of tender seasonal venison loin with Medjool dates, quinoa, parsnips and chocolate tortellini while rich desserts include a decadent double chocolate brownie with salt caramel and milk ice cream.

Shaun Rankin will continue to run his Michelin-starred restaurant Ormer in Jersey as well as Ormer Mayfair.
