This new weekly feature is all about simply beautiful and engaging imagery so apart from giving readers the basis of what the image is and where it was taken we will let the images speak for themselves.
This week’s image was part of a shoot at the Pure Taste restaurant in Notting Hill, London, which is now closed but the image is one of Majella’s all-time favourites so we ran it. Chef Holly Redman made the dish and was working alongside her colleague Toby. Majella remembered the day fondly and told us, it was the first time I had used my product tent producing a look as if the images were floating. The image was taken with my macro lens. I love the definition it gives to the fruit, especially the raspberries. Toby and Holly were great to work with too.
