Set to be the hottest new Al Fresco venue on the island, the new Rooftop Cocktail Garden at Michelin Starred Bohemia Bar & Restaurant has now opened.
Bohemia Cocktail Garden is already in full bloom with plants providing fresh ingredients for their new cocktail list. Guests can kick-back as Bohemia’s bartenders mix up cocktails with mint, thyme, lavender, sage and strawberries, all grown in the garden.
The outdoor terrace is the perfect place to drink and dine Al Fresco in the heart of St Helier. Guests can elevate their drinking game, as the cocktail garden will be available to enjoy all year round with a fireplace to warm up the terrace on chillier evenings.
Guests can experience a taste of the high life and secure the best seats in Jersey where Bohemia’s new bar menu will also be served. New bar dishes include Potted Salmon & Shrimps; Lamb & Pea Ragout; Chicken & Coconut Curry and Steak & Chips.
Bohemia Bar & Restaurant provides unrivalled Michelin Star dining in the heart of Jersey. Head Chef Steve Smith, who has held a Michelin Star for over 15 years from the age of just 24, has created a truly outstanding dining experience with his ingredient and flavour driven tasting menus.
Bohemia Bar serves relaxed fare, including a selection of light and contemporary dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Afternoon Tea is served in all areas of the hotel, with one of the most popular areas being the bar which is open 7 days a week.
The Rooftop Cocktail Garden is open from 10.30am until 11pm.
