New drinks range shakes up sales at Muffin Break

By James Russell: New drinks range shakes up sales at Muffin Break

July 24, 2016

Since launching on 12th May, the new Muffin Shake range has quenched the thirst of many customers at Muffin Break stores nationwide and, as a result, the artisan bakery chain has seen an impressive 10% increase in cold drink sales.

The decadent creation is made by blending a traditional milkshake with one of Muffin Break’s freshly baked muffins, topped with cream and more muffin crumbs.

The drink is available in three flavours to suit a range of taste buds: Chocolate Chip, Apple & Cinnamon and Blueberry. All Muffin Shakes retail are available as an eat-in or takeaway option for extra busy customers.

Muffin Break’s Marketing Manager, Gemma Sandells, comments: “We are always happy to see a positive customer reaction towards our unique and experimental offerings. The Muffin Shake brings a refreshing flavour twist to the high street, which has clearly appealed to our customers. We will continue to experiment and expand our food and drink ranges to bring customers tasty options to try out that offer something different to the norm.”

Also on the artisan bakery’s drink menu is a premium coffee blend that is made from 100% Arabica beans, which has been exclusively developed to complement the Muffin Break UK food range.

To accompany the Muffin Shake, Muffin Break offers a range of delicious sweet and savoury food options, which are baked in store daily using fresh ingredients by trained bakers. The food options include: muffins, cakes, slices, cookies, quiches, sandwiches, soups, wraps and much more.
