Located on Water Street, an area of the city that is experiencing a huge surge of new food and beverage operators, the venue has capacity for up to 600 guests as an event space or 350 diners across the new cocktail lounge, restaurant and private dining mezzanine, following a £1 million investment.
The project has been overseen by directors of the Know Hospitality Ltd, Steven Hesketh and Andy Duckworth, creating a total of 60 new jobs for the city and employing some of the most talent individuals from the region’s hospitality sector.
Steven Hesketh, founder of Know Hospitality Ltd, said: “We’re immensely proud of this new venue which has brought a beautiful space back to life.
