This week’s Image of the Week was taken at Zeffy Thompson’s 34 Windsor St Restaurant & Cocktail Bar in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The dish is Compressed Watermelon, Capricorn Goats’ Cheese, Watercress and Pumpkin seeds.
Majella described the food and the shoot to us with a big smile recalling the day. ‘The dish exploded with freshness and the goat’s cheese was intense and complimentary, a perfect summer dish. I was trying different focal points to get the shot I wanted and the natural light provided the ideal working environment. I went home happy that evening.’
