This week’s Image of the Week was taken at Daniel Clifford’s two-Michelin starred Midsummer House restaurant in Cambridge. The dish is Roast cod with white bean puree, parsley and tomato.
Majella when selecting this week’s image told us that it was Daniel Clifford who first inspired her to develop her career in food photography. After meeting Daniel at an Electrolux Chef event Majella was invited to Midsummer House by Daniel and this week’s image is from that visit. We also believe that a re-visit is being organised soon, we will report in full.
