This new weekly feature is all about simply beautiful and engaging imagery so apart from giving readers the basis of what the image is and where it was taken we will let the images speak for themselves.
This week’s Image of the Week is ’Mess of Marshmallow’
It’s a dessert by James Peck and comprises the following:
- Handmade Marshmallows
- Handmade Honeycomb
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Dehydrated Raspberries
Majella met James on social media about a year ago through a mutual friend and spotted his talent straight away, Majella and James have now worked together on several occasions.
Now good friends outside the kitchen/studio James put together a ‘Chefs Table’ of 7 courses for 20 people at Majella’s birthday bash last year. The last course being this gorgeous honeycomb and marshmallow ensemble.
James has most recently worked at The Tap and Kitchen and is currently working with various different chef teams’ at large events throughout the UK, most recently, at Silverstone Race Track.
