BIRD is announcing plans to open its fourth site later this year in Westfield Stratford City, Europe’s largest urban shopping centre.
BIRD specialises in free-range fried chicken and doughnuts. Obsessed with quality, freshness and provenance, it’s been a huge hit with London foodies since its inception in 2014. Bird has branches in Shoreditch, Highbury & Islington, and most recently, Camden.
Cara Ceppetelli, BIRD co-founder said: “It’s been an incredible two years for BIRD and Westfield Stratford City presents an exciting opportunity to expand our brand.
