Ben Hesketh has been appointed General Manager of Aquavit, the contemporary Nordic restaurant set to open in the St James’s Market redevelopment later this year.
Hesketh’s previous roles include overseeing the openings of both Coya and Chiltern Firehouse, and working as Restaurant Manager of Zuma in Knightsbridge.
Dedicated to always putting customers first and maintaining the high standards expected of his role, Hesketh joins the team at Aquavit with a wealth of experience, ready to aid the restaurant in becoming one of the most exciting dining destinations of the year.
