The scoops are colour-coded – different sizes have different coloured end caps – making it quick and easy to select the desired capacity. The industry-standard bowl dimensions range from 30ml up to 118ml for consistent portioning.
The scoops feature anti-freeze encapsulated in the handle which enables the ice cream to be easily released from the scoop bowl.
The Vollrath ice creams scoops are constructed from durable cast aluminium and have a patented ergonomic, textured handle design. A conveniently situated hanging hole makes storage easy.
