Francesco Obinu, Sardis Restaurant has won the How Old is Yours? Competition, celebrating RATIONAL UK’s 25th anniversary. Owner Francesco loves his RATIONAL, he bought it when he purchased the restaurant in 1987. Alan Curtis, RATIONAL Regional Development Chef visited Francesco to tell him the good news.
Sardis Restaurant opened in North Road, Darlington in 1987. Owned and run by Sardinian brothers, Salvatore and Francesco Obinu, it specialises in classic Italian cuisine but also offers dishes with Mediterranean and European influences.
