This summer, Chiquito will make their festival debut as they take their fun, vibrant and fresh food on a tour around the country’s most exciting food and entertainment festivals, with the launch of their new food truck ‘Chiqui’.
After months of transforming this vintage Citron H Van into a vehicle fit for serving the greatest Mexican Street Food, ‘Chiqui’ kick started its road trip at The Colour Run in London, and will next be popping up at a range of festivals from foodie events all over the UK to Sundown music festival and the much anticipated Beyoncé concert at Wembley Park Stadium on the 2nd and 3rd of July. Taking the restaurant to the streets across the UK, Chiquito are raising the bar with their fresh and flavour-packed offering.
Chiquito have taken inspiration from the traditional and lively markets of Mexico to offer an authentic and delicious menu for all festival goers. The ‘Chiqui’ food line-up will include their classic burrito’s, chicken fajita wraps, pulled pork brioche tortas and nachos with jalapeno cheese sauce to mention just a few. If that doesn’t sound tempting enough, all dishes will be freshly prepared by only the most skilled chefs, making Chiquito the food headliner of the festivals.
Their offering is perfect for those looking for a hearty meal to get them through the day, perhaps mend a hangover, or alternatively their lighter snacks such as the crunchy nachos will be ideal for those looking to share some light snacks on the go!
