This simple vegan recipe is perfect for school lunch boxes or for those who are on the go.

Serves 2

Cooking time 10 minutes

Vegan

Ingredients

  • 2 Fry’s Original Hot Dogs
  • 2 slices of Whole grain bread
  • ¼ Green pepper, julienned strips
  • ¼ Red pepper, julienned strips
  • 1 leaf of Rocket
  • 1 small Tomato, sliced
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Egg-free mayonnaise to serve

Method

  1. Prepare hot dogs using on pack instructions and set aside.
  2. Place hot dogs on health bread, julienned strips of green and red peppers, leaf of rocket, sliced tomatoes, sweet chilli sauce and mayonnaise.
