Shake Shack UK is kicking off summer with a brand new take on the Yard Burger. After making its debut in 2015, this limited edition Yard Burger features 100% Aberdeen Angus beef topped with Neal’s Yard Colston Basset Stilton and house-made pickled red onions.
“It doesn’t get much better than Colston Bassett’s masterfully crafted Stilton from our friends at Neal’s Yard Dairy”, said Mark Rosati, Shake Shack Culinary Director. “We wanted to create a burger rooted in simplicity and comfort that highlights this incredible cheese while also enhancing the flavour through our house-made pickled red onions.”
The burger will launch on Wed 1st June and will be available at all UK Shacks until 17th July.
