Following the great success of recent chef takeovers from the likes of Martin Morales, James Ferguson, and Vivek Singh, Adam Middleton from Islington’s LeCoq restaurant, will be appearing at Ember Yard on Monday 16th May.
Dishes on LeCoq’s menu at Ember Yard will include Smashed Rotisserie Aubergines with Laffa Bread, Honey and Walnuts; Grilled Poussin with Blackened Cabbage, Confit Garlic and Salsa Verde; Chicken-Fat Chips with Chicken Scratchings & Wild Garlic Mayonnaise; and Grilled Nectarines with Elderflower Meringue, Chantilly and Basil. Adam has many years of experience in the restaurant world, having worked at The Square, Le Caprice, and Bocca di Luppo, before becoming Executive Chef at LeCoq in 2014.
