Bill’s Restaurants, which now has over 70 sites across the UK, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Fox as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Mark will join Bill’s existing management team on 31 May and will be responsible for continuing the successful growth of Bill’s core restaurant business. He will also lead the brand’s evolution into secondary smaller café-style formats – “Little Bill’s”.
Mark joins from Starbucks UK, where he was MD and Vice President of Operations from 2014. Prior to this, he was MD at Yum III UK and Pizza Hut Delivery.
