Roy Sommer is the new Hotel Manager at the Courthouse Hotel in Soho.
Before becoming Hotel Manager at the Courthouse Hotel, he was manager at the Crowne Plaza in Blackfriars for one year managing the day to day operations. Before this post he worked at The Cavendish in London, starting as F&B Manager before being promoted to Deputy General Manager.
Roy is also the co-founder and chairman of the F&B Managers Association in London.
