Muffin Break releases new Muffin Lab creation

By James Russell: Muffin Break releases new Muffin Lab creation

April 18, 2016

Following the successful launch of its innovative Muffin Lab initiative into UK stores earlier this year, Muffin Break has released a fourth new flavour combination to continue responding to consumer demand for news tastes.

The latest experimental flavour to be unveiled from the Muffin Lab is a combination of peanut butter, caramel and banana. The invention is filled with fresh banana pieces and peanut butter. It is then finished with a delicious banana, peanut and caramel brittle. Customers will be able to purchase the product, which retails at £2.30, from Muffin Break UK stores until 10th May.

Every month, the Muffin Lab creates a brand new and intriguing invention for its customers to taste and enjoy. These inventions have equally quirky names to suit their unexpected flavour combinations and are available for a limited time only.

Muffin Break Marketing Manager, Gemma Sandells, comments: “The Muffin Lab was first introduced in our Australian stores, where it has proved a great success with customers. We are now seeing similar success in the UK since we launched in January. This exciting new range offers our customers a mysterious fusion of popular flavours, which are designed to provide something unique for customer’s palates.

“We have found that across the food industry, brands have been introducing unusual flavours to reflect the changing tastes of customers. With this new and innovative service, we hope to bring our customers something different and exciting to try out in store.”

The café bakery has also recently launched a brand new breakfast range. The range includes a nutritious, freshly made Breakfast Smoothie and three non-vegetarian options: Bacon and Egg roll, Breakfast Burrito and Breakfast Scroll. As well as two choices for vegetarians: the Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito and Vegetarian Breakfast Scroll. Everything in the new range will retail from £3.40 to £4.40 and is available in stores across the UK.
