As a result of KUDOS’ latest retail operation at the RAF Museum, Cosford, over the Easter period, profits are up by 11% on last year.
Many changes and tweaks have been made to the service layout, products and KUDOS’ general retail offering such as the installation of upgraded coffee machines and a new spring menu, all of which have contributed to the recent rise in sales.
Assistant Director of the RAF Museum, Cosford, Paul Pomfret, commented: “The team here at the Museum are delighted with these results. KUDOS has got the formula for a busy school holiday just right, and we look forward to experiencing many more successes with them in the future.”
KUDOS holds the sole catering opportunity at the Museum and is currently 18 months into a five-year contract with the venue.
