Jurys Inn Hotel Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Money as its new MICE Director of Sales.
With the recent acquisition of 12 new hotels across the Jurys Inn portfolio and a 50% increase to the hotel group’s MICE offering, Richard’s appointment focuses on repositioning Jurys Inn hotels as venues of choice when it comes to Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events and Banqueting.
Previously, Richard held a Senior Business Development role at imago, Zibrant, Q Lifestyle (Bonvo Travel Singapore), De Vere Belton Woods and The Belfry Hotel & Golf Resort, delivering significant growth. As well as hospitality experience, Richard has also worked as Head of Sales and Marketing for the design company 2BP Ltd.
Richard will play a critical role in leading the sales team to ensure it meets the company’s increased 2016 MICE sales target and ensure the chain remains number one choice for conference organisers, business travellers and leisure visitors, alike.
