The award winning New World Trading Company has announced it will be arriving in York, with the highly anticipated opening of The Botanist. Residing at No. 15 Stonegate, the restaurant will be split over two floors within a Grade II listed building.
Serving botanical cocktails, and a vast selection of world and local beers and ales alongside deli and rotisserie inspired food. The York venue will be the UK’s tenth Botanist alongside its existing offerings in: Manchester, Chester, Alderley Edge, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Marlow, Farnham, Knutsford and soon to be Sheffield.
The New World Trading Company Managing Director, Chris Hill said “We are incredibly excited to bring The Botanist’s award-winning concept to York. We’ve had great success since our first opening in Alderley Edge back in 2012 and we look forward to continuing this success in our new location in Stonegate.”
Alongside its stripped-back, honest food menu and quality drinks offering with seating for up to diners, The Botanist will also host live music with daily energetic evening gigs and lazy Sunday afternoon sessions with a real home-from-home atmosphere.
