Tune Hotels, known for its only pay-for-what-you-need hotel concept, has appointed Philip Marczak as General Manager of Tune Hotel, Liverpool.
Previously having worked at Redefine BDL Hotels group, Philip started his career as a front desk receptionist and has worked his way up to the positions of supervisor, food and beverages supervisor, operations manager, and to his current position of General Manager, with Tune Hotels.
Philip will be working alongside the current team to take a pro-active approach towards increasing stays and improving sales figures. Philip comments: “It’s really important to me that my team is motivated and looks forward to coming into work each day. It is essential that each staff member feels empowered within their own ‘champion role’ but that we work together to deliver excellent customer service and provide visitors with everything they need to enjoy their experience at Tune Hotels. This is turn will encourage more guests, more often”.
