Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events has unveiled a new healthy and nutritious conference menu to help delegates get the most out of events and avoid the afternoon slump.
Based around concentration boosting super-foods, each meal option is packed with protein, complex carbohydrates, fibre and good fats as well as vitamins C, A, K and B; all which are thought to have an impact on focus, memory and energy levels.
The new menu option, which is being rolled out across venues in Scotland, also gives organisers the option of serving lunch in biodegradable lunch boxes, perfect for avoiding queues at large events and also a handy tool when catering for delegates with food intolerances or allergies, as each lunch box can be easily labelled.

Ultimately, we want to help our clients achieve more from holding events in our venues.”
The innovative menu offering also introduces the concept of ‘silent snacking’ – ridding events of rustling crisp packets in exchange for low-sugar oat, nut and cacao bars.
